Hello R crew. It's been a very long journey! Have been a Porsche guy for years. A VW group fan forever. However, I got sucked into the Honda world by accident and had the last two generations of the Si and had a Type R on order. Even had a deposit on a CT4 Blackwing. It just didn't feel right. I was deviating from the car I really wanted. The Mk8 R. Well after MONTHS of agonizing over the overage on the MSRP challenge and getting very depressed, I got a call from a store in our group. They had just received a 22 manual R in on trade for a new Porsche, with only 4k miles! Adult owned and driven. After a quick call and some questions answered, I pulled the trigger. No hesitation. Right now, it is getting PPF installed and tinted windows. I haven't seen it yet in person; however, she should be in my hands next week. I feel like a little kid once again and have ZERO regret. I was specifically looking for a manual, as that is all I drive. Super EXCITED to join the family!
