Just did a deal on a new R, 2026. Will pick it up in a week or two. I have been a motorcyclist for 60 years, but enjoy cars. I service BMW motorcycles and change tires for just about any bike. Dealer charges keep going up and I try to keep that problem down. Used to have a WRX but wanted something a bit more. Hope to learn lots and enjoy stories of other owners. I'm a retired Chief Engineer from the Merchant Marine industry. I have a feeling for machinery, support systems of vessels and control systems. Been messing with Porsches in the past. Excited about the new car. Darn hard to buy one!
