2025 Golf Mk8 R‑Line – Repeated Safety‑Critical Faults (Loss of Power, Emergency Braking, Misfire. Warning for Other Owners)

I’m posting this to warn other Mk8 owners, especially anyone with a 2025 R‑Line. My vehicle has developed multiple serious safety‑critical faults while driving, including:

• Sudden loss of power while in motion
• Needing to stop the car in live traffic to restart the engine
• Emergency braking activating unexpectedly
• No acceleration response and no clutch power when trying to move off
• Misfiring under load, especially when going uphill

These faults happened without warning and created dangerous situations for me and my passenger. Despite reporting the issues, they remained unresolved for months, leaving me without a safe or reliable vehicle.
