How many people have replaced their brake pads?

Time for pads, and I always do rotors at the same time, they are wear parts after all... and my rear rotors are grooved at 30k miles. I am looking at pad compounds for street, looking to have a more aggressive initial bite when you nail the pedal. I am thinking just a good floating rotor from ECS in stock size as I have 17" snow wheels.

for my past japanese cars i loved project mu pads. they were awesome. well worth the money and i bought the more aggressive versions. i think they do have a lesser aggressive version for the german cars. but they dont have the full hardcore they normally have for our cars. so i miss that.
