Incorrectly coded /set control modules.

I decided to plug in my obd11 scan tool. I didn’t know I was supposed to save all the factory values/settings prior to making changes to any of the modules. Now I have no way to figure out which message buses go where. I have a lot of different codes. Blind spot monitoring, parking assist , tps, adaptive cruise control, all are not functioning as they should. I’m in need of some serious help. Thanks in advance.
