Luft-Technik Dual Inlet Duct?

Help,

I've been getting mixed messages from many companies.
I simply want to run a modded OEM airbox...following these steps, to get direct air into airbox, and for better IAT's.

My plan...

1. Buy an aftermarket Inlet duct.
2. Gut airbox, add aFe panel filter.
3. Install REVO silicone hose.

Q. Has anyone used the ECS Tuning
Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Dual Inlet Duct Kit? (Any pictures?)

I've been told that USA S3's have blocked OEM air inlets.

Q. If so, does this ECS carbon fiber duct solve air restrictions and problems?
