Hello. Just signed up after purchasing a new Golf R. I've been wanting one for years, and finally the time was right, and I had a few to choose from. Decided on the DSG -- the dealer had one of each in blue, one manual and one DSG -- so I agonized over that for a few days. I had a 2016 GTI Autobahn with DSG, which I bought because there were no R's to be had, and was extremely pleased with it.
I live in Colorado, so will be happy to have AWD this winter. Retired from the AF and airlines. I've had a number of cars over the years, and this one is very satisfying!
