Sensors Attached To Front Bumper

Hello everyone, I have a 2019 R with the adaptive cruise control and all the other options that come with that package. Yesterday I removed the front bumper to change the lower grille. In doing so, I needed to unplug the two sensors attached to it: the one attached to the upper grille behind the VW logo, and the one attached to the driver’s side fender. Once I reinstalled the bumper, I replugged both sensors. The problem is that my dash is lit up like a Christmas tree, none of the options that I have such as the adaptive cruise control function anymore. If this something that I can fix or do I need to bring the car to the dealership? Any advice would help! Thanks!
