Hi. I have a 2017 Audi S3 8V Sporthatch, with factory 19" wheels. I am looking to get wheel spacers all around. Can you please recommend a thickness that will ensure I don't have to make any modification to the wheel arches etc, and won't get any rubbing or tire contact issues, including on the front from lock to lock, and even on full suspension compression? Cheers!

I was thinking 12mm all round? I don't want to go too wide, but I want to get rid of that inset wheel look it has as factory.

It has factory suspension with mag ride, but I'd also like to know that it won't have any rubbing or contact issues if I get 20mm lowering springs in future.

You could look around on https://www.fitmentindustries.com/ they may have some example setups. I have no idea what will fit I'm at the stock offset and stock height with mag ride they look close to me.
I run 245/35/19's though.

It's funny the forum is so slow. I guess that's what happens when you own a car that just runs without a ton of issues.
