Anyone installed one of these in their S3 yet? If so thoughts on it and is it just a pretty noise maker or power producer?

Its really a noise maker. I spoke with an APR vendor and he told me it's not worth the money and suggested that I just stick a tune and down-pipe whenever that's released.
